I am passionate about understanding our world through science. I hope you might be too! Science is not the only form of knowledge but it is the most important when one desires to know how the earth and living things work. Science informs us. That information allows us to then make informed decisions regarding the health of ourselves, the health of our environment, and the health of our society. This site extends the boundaries of the classroom allowing you a portal into our investigation of science and what it meant to humans in the past and what it means to us today and into the future.
You will find some general information about my classroom, etc. and links to unit study guides and other resources. For more specific classroom and unit resources click on the "Moodle" link above. Students enrolled in my classes will have access to resources there.
Check out the world population below. Wow! We live on a finite planet with mostly finite resources. I wonder when, where, and how population and resource limits have intersected in the past, are intersecting now, or will intersect in the future?
